We value our customers privacy.Viatorius Tours Germany does not share customer information with third parties. We ensure that only Viatorius Tours Germany employees will have access to your information. No personal information about you as an individual will be offered to third parties.
Guarantee on price
The price of your booked tour will not be subject to any surcharges. You are fully protected, no matter what happens to the price of fuel or variations in the exchange rate for currency. The moment that VIATORIUS TOURS GERMANY receive the deposit, a contract exists between you and Viatorius Tours Germany. The cost of your tour cannot be increased anymore, unless you amend your booking.
All prices on our Web site are in US Dollar ($). After booking your tour, the due deposit will be charged to your credit card. If the deposit balance is not covered, we reserve the right to cancel the travel arrangements. The remaining amount due and will be booked 60 days before the start of the tour. Payments after this day can only be made with bank transfer.
What' s inclusive?
Please check your individual offer and itinerary for an exact description of what is included in the price of your tour.
Usually "the all inclusive tour" - price includes: your private driver, transportation, all entrance fees as per suggested itinerary, accomodation (comfortable double room with private bathroom), continental breakfast, all taxes and tolls.
All tour rates do not include: personal expenses, personal travel insurance, air fare, lunch, dinner, beverages and optional activities.

Links to other Sites are not necessarily under the control of Viatorius Tours Germany. Viatorius Tours Germany shall have no responsibilities or liabilities whatsoever for the content or privacy practices of any such linked site. If you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to our Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Disclaimer of liability
Viatorius Tours Germany is not liable for any issue which occur in connection with the customers flight.
If you miss your flight, and for any reason you cannot be on your planned flight to start your trip with Viatorius Tours Germany, the customer has to pay the tour price according to the cancellation regulations.
Viatorius Tours is NOT liable for any issue which occus in connection with "3rd party tour providers"; for example bus operators. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses due to heavy traffic, traffic jams, delays and injuries resulting of accidents. These claims need to be addressed to the tour bus operator directly; as Viatorius Tours is only the broker for the bus transportation service.
We recommend to conclude a trip protection, covering baggage, trip cancellation or interruption, and personal accidents and health insurance. Please contact your local insurance companies for further details.
THE PRICES OF OUR TOUR PACKAGES ARE FIRM PRICES AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
"VIATORIUS TOURS GERMANY is not liable for any damage or delay due to illness, mechanical breakdown, theft, quarantine, weather, labor disputes, government restraints, heavy traffic or traffic jams whether within cities or elsewhere or other causes beyond the personal control of Viatorius Tours Germany. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority."
Please pay close attention, that the vehicles, accommodations, attractions, places, and other features depicted or described on this website may not be part of your actual tour depending on your personal itinerary, availability and circumstances.
According § 651h BGB, Viatorius Tours Germany uses the right to limit its liability to the maximum amount of the triple tour price, except physical injuries.
Viatorius Tours Germany does not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions on this web site.
Because of the nature of a driven- tour package, weather, road closures, acts of God or other unexpected events may require changes to be made to the tour itineraries or the cancellation of certain excursions or add-ons. We will advise you of such changes at the earliest possible date. Changes such as change of accommodations within the same category, schedule changes, partial tour alterations are considered minor changes.
We are happy to consider itineraries suggested or provided by third parties such as travel agents. However, if these itineraries are overly specific or include too many locations to be visited within a set period of time we cannot guarantee to include all activities and sights specified in any given itinerary. "
Viatorius Tours Germany will make every attempt to hold on to your personal tour itinerary, within the limits of safety and time. If Viatorius Tours Germany has to make changes in the itinerary, the customer have no right to any refund or other compensation.
No refund will be made, if you choose not to take part in any activity, or not make use of services provided.
Trip Protection: Trip Protection covering baggage, trip cancellation or interruption, and personal accidents is recommended. Please contact your local insurance companies for further details.
Passport and Visas
It is the customers/ travellers responsibility to keep available all documents required for travel, including, but not limited to valid passports or visas.
Luggage & bags
Since you will experience Germany while on a road trip with several hotel changes, please pack "light".
We allow one suitcase per person, plus one carry on per couple.
If you need to bring more luggage, please ask for a larger van/ bus; we will be happy to provide a customized quotation for your tour!
Booking, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
After booking your tour with Viatorius Tours Germany , the due deposit can be done with money transfer or via paypal payment. Once we received the deposit, your tour will be confirmed and the contract between you and Viatorius Tours Germany is legal.
Viatorious Tours Germany standard booking policy:
We need 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking
This deposit covers the expenses we have to create our customized/ tailor- made tour itineraries and work on the tour arrangements. Therefore the deposit payment is non- refundable should you decide to cancel your tour with us, no matter what reason.
80% to be paid 60 days before the beginning of the tour (Payments after this day can only be made with bank transfer).
The 20% deposit is non- refundable;
50% refund for cancellations received in writing until 30 days before departure;
20% refund for cancellations received in writing until the day before departure;
no refund for cancellations received later.
We recommend trip protection covering medical insurance, baggage, trip cancellation or interruption and personal accidents. Please contact your local insurance companies for further details
Change of booking: If you wish to change your booking once a contract exists between us (e.g. dates of travel), we will do our best to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Changes can only be requested in writing from the person who made the booking. There is an administration charge of USD ($) 450,- per booking, as well as any further cost we may incur in making this alteration. Please be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the booked tour date that changes are made. For your request of any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangement, you can either have a full refund of the tour price or accept an offer of an alternative travel arrangement. This does not apply in the case of a force majeure: in case of war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, health risks, technical problems with transport, closed or congested airports we will have to cancel or change your travel arrangements.
